October was a very good month except for Palace.. ... we have six games in November of varying difficulty, if we end the month with less than say six points I'm sure they'll give you their reasons !!</p> BTW I'm not one of the Davey out brigade </p>
well the Pikeys were impressed Tonight was an absolute disgrace. So many things were not right. The following players IMO were beyong **** and didnt bother to put in any effort whatsoever. Anyone would have thought this was a LOCAL DEBY:- Sullivan, too often was he shaky in the 1st half and only improved when Barnsley gave up attacking. O'Connor and Roberts, both caught out too often, especially Jimmy. But offered themselves in attacks, especially Gaz. Mills and Hird were no where near solid, Mills was as far away from MoM as you could get. Hird, too many errors. Copps did **** all and was a disgrace. Wilson was the worst player ive seen in a rovers shirt in many a year. His touch, his passing and his lazy fecking tackles (if you caqn call them that). Elliot did nothing except win the headers that came his way, but he has got a good partnership with Roberts. Woods, pretty stuff but no substance. Price was utter ****, worst player on the pitch by a country mile. He should be utterly ashamed of himself. And how he had the gall to turn to the SS and ask why he was getting stick, i do not know. Lewis Guy. Has his critics. And there are alot of them. He ran his socks off and in no way should have been substituted. MoM in my opinion. A+ for effort. Heffs and Hayter either got in or offered themselves in positions to get the ball. The Hoff was superb till injury got him. I am totally fecked off tonight. I dont care about anything other than seeing people work there B*ll*cks off and EARN their wage. Tonight, apart from very few players, they dont deserve to be paid. Total ****. Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Oh and to the arse who asked if i celebrated and chanted Prices name after his goal against Crewe in JPT, get a grip on reality mate. I live in the present not the past. did you go to the game? barnsley were awful the second half, didnt have one attack and could have conceded 12 goals. it was daylight robbery. daveys tactics were appalling in 2nd half. woeful display.
where have i said we deserved it?? it will say on ceefax, newspapers and the internet we got 3 points and thats 9 points from derby games this season after not winning one last season, I'm happy anyway
I don't want Davey as our manager But that doesn't mean I don't want us to win our matches, especially local derbies. If we continue to win, I can certainly put up with him as the boss. All that matters is Barnsley FC, not any particular employee.

not being negative pal its better to play poorly and nick the points than play well and lose. plus its an away win and 3 points in the bag. but we were so lucky against a really really poor team. hopefully we can play better with a better formation on saturday.
I'll take owt away from home mate! Especially as we fully deserved 3 points against Bristol City. I didn't go tonight so I can't comment but thought we played really well at home of late and if we can nick them away with our solid defence then we're heading in the right direction.
RE: I don't want Davey as our manager not **** stirring mate, and i dont think anyone is. the point that you have just made is one i have been trying to make for ages. i couldn't agree more to be honest, i just want us all to pull in the same direction not only when we are winning but when we are losing as well i do agree with some of the things said about Davey and his tactics but i think he has done ok on the resources he has and the size of the club at the present time

RE: I don't want Davey as our manager fair do's must have misunderstood the toneits just that I do'nt agree with it all being black or white you know the type if you do'nt think SD is the right choice you naturally can't enjoy a win etc, personally I agree with JLWBL but it doesnt stop me being 100% behind the team.
