    ....... perfect replacement Steve Coppell.... Redders as No.2

    Redders played for Coppell at Palace and has uptmost respect for him (just reading his book)... Copps is experienced and has been sucessful at this level, Redders is keen to get into coaching side and could learn from him..... plus has fond memories here!


    If not Mark Robins is good young manager!
