    FFS can it get any worse?! I cannot understand why he was given a 4 year deal, he should have been given 2, then we wouldnt be looking at more substantial compensation packages!

    i wouldn't worry, probably have a 12 month pay off on his contract

    Year on year contract

    His contract is a rolling contract where if he gets sacked he is only paid one years salary not the full 3 years
