How long has it got left to run? I reckon it must be about 3 years which puts him in exactly the same comfort zone as players we've criticised in the past who only started to play when their contracts were coming to an end began trying to sell themselves. He's safely in a job knowing that even if he's sacked he'll get a nice little pay-off!
Signed a four year contract December 2008, which would have been 3 and a half so he wasn't out of contract halfway through a season. Summer 2012 he should be out of contract. Just in time to manage a GB footie team at London 2012 maybe lol.
