Do you guys reckon Davey will be the first since Wilson to manage two straight years in charge?

HE's got quite a way to go with that one then as it needs this season and next.

    Hope so though

    Yeh I do!

Earlier on in the season, near enough everyone of the lads I go to away games with still wanted Davey out and I backed Davey. I pointed out that everything we've wanted him to do he's done. Those three major things weve wanted we're, new faces last January (plus who he brough in in November/December, whenever it was), Keep us up and sign a fair few players in the summer.

He passed reasonably well on all of those tests so far, plus we are slightly ahead of where we'd realistically like to be so far this season. He's shown he's very very shrewd in the transfer market and he'll have to be again in January when it's likely Nyatanga will go back, as he's been solid in the partnership with Souza and I just hope it doesn't unsettle Souza when he goes.

As I say, aslong as us fans actually remember that he's managed to get us lot off his back once before by pulling off results and great swoops and don't start calling for his head after a few losses which we're always likely to have at some point, I think Davey will be here for a while!
