and Josh Scowen and Alfie Mawson and Marc Roberts and George Williams and Lloyd Isgrove and Conor Hourihane and Josh Brownhill and Adam Hammill and Sam Winnall and Ashley Fletcher and every other player that has worn the Barnsley Red this season and given everything they've got... Thank you. You've made my life better and I can't think of a bigger compliment than that.
Yeah but what if we'd have not scored and what if the other team had and Winnall might have got sent off one time and we only really drew twice with Fleetwood in the JPT and some other points to undermine our achievements this season. We're not at Wembley yet. Some hard work to do Thursday night but let's be reight - tonight was as professional and complete a performance as we've seen from any Barnsley side in a long time. Still time for Hecky to be 'found out' though... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Same here! I was going through a really difficult time earlier this year and getting my season ticket at Christmas could have quite possibly pushed me over the edge. However, watching the way this team has pulled together and turned their season around definitely gave me something to look forward to each week. I know it sounds daft, and it's only football, but thank you BFC, you made the last few months better for me and provided a happy distraction just when I needed it. (Oh, and a big thank you to the people on here too, who also helped to make me feel much better about everything!)
It's only football, but WHAT a brilliant 2016 it has been for us Barnsley fans! Champagne on ice, Wembley twice, so near, but still a job to do on Thursday. Well done Billy Sharp on the golden boot award.
theres a story just waiting to be written here, if we do win promotion this has got to be made into a book, film, dvd, and beta max
