I've given him some abuse over the last few weeks about his inconsistency... but today he deserved his MOTM. Stepped it up a gear and had their full back in his pocket the whole game. Not sure if the signing of Whaley has given him the push he needed, but today he was superb.</p>

    Great game Martin!

    Suppose I shouldn't really comment as I wasn't there

But I can't believe the wide range of opinion on hear about M D. Some think he was brilliant, others think he was garbage. Can't all be right.

I've never known a player who is so difficult for people to judge.

I like him by the way. For me, one of the "first name on the sheet" players.

Agree. He got to the full back very early on in the game and was clear he was going to have the run of him. Shame that he didn't make the most of it at times.

I'll make no reservations that i've given him some abuse over the last month or so... because he is, in my opinion, inconsistant. However, today, he was brilliant.
