    Because Keith made mistakes. The players we're talking about made mistakea.I've said this. But the strategy of bringing in players and making them better was always (in my opinion) going to take longer than 18 months.

    He was accredited with wanting Dawson dont know abart many of the others though. Would think the first 2 Wiseman and Done were down to Hill.

    Agreed. But even with that in mind the 8 wins in a year is not an acceptable level of performance.
