I don't have many good ideas unfortunatly. I just know that I personally would enjoy seeing the likes of Heinz Muller having to take the walk of shame in front of a load of school kids. It would be fun to watch and we'd all like to see the players laughing at each other, its good for their teambuilding. If a video of that was on the official site (not world) then I would definetly watch it and I suspect quite a few others would so a sponsoring company would get a fair bit of coverage.
Well, it's your idea Why not put it to the club? Personally, I think the player's would be up for it.
I wouldn't have the first idea how to put it to them or anything about details or anything. Plus I'd imagine someone at the school would need to put it to them. I think they'd be able to get a selection of players that are up for it at least. Simon Davey as Anne robinson telling Johnson he is the weakest link? I'd pay good money to see that
The kudos should rightly be yours The more I think about it, the better it gets. A willingness of the players to potentially make a fool of themselves in a good natured way and helping out in a community project would be of great benefit to the club. Strengthening bonds that have been weakened somewhat since the summer. Stronger Together.
Stronger Together indeed. They could build on the Stronger Together campaign by getting players out into the community more often and into more schools etc to take part in fun and games. Send a couple of players along to some of the local childrens football sides to help out with a training session. Gets kids that are alreay interested in football more interested in Barnsley.
I like this idea. Could be a good project between school and the Club as the Yr 10 GCSE Media and Drama groups could be involved in taping/staging the quiz. Big thumbs up to you SuperTyke. <img src ="http://www.emofaces.com/en/emoticons/t/thumbs-up-emoticon.gif">
As long as you have someone who can speak several languages! I don't think many of the team are fluent in English
I'm sure the Language Department at school would cope with at least French, German and Spanish, it's the English that's the problem, too much text speak.
