Expect cries of 'Fluffy' from the facists !

 

What did it say and why do you think a Police state is on it's way. Couldn't believe my ear syesterday listening to the Vice Chir of the HOWARD League for penal reform saying all prisons should be shut as of now! Would like to hear your views on exactly what a Police state is and which aspects of it you do/don't like.

For me the worst law (of many) this government has brought in is one whereby if you are arrested the police can take DNA samples off you and keep them even if you are found not guilty of the offence you were arrested for.There was one example of a young lad who had seen a mugging and reported it. He was later arrested by the police on charge of being the mugger himself. They took his DNA and when later admitting to wrongly arresting him refused to take his DNA samples off the database. So there you go, report a mugging and allow thestate to take your own DNA. Who is going to risk reporting seeing crime when you yourself are treated like a criminal?

There are already over 20,000 Under 18's who have had their DNA taken by the police despite not being guilty of any offence whatsoever.

But the majority of those people, if not all must have been SUSPECTED of having some involvement. Just because they have not been charged with it does not mean they did not have some involvement with it. Some of them even possibly are guilty but there was not enough evidence to proceed. I don't understand why people are so afraid of having a database of DNA - if they are not going to do anything wrong then why be fearful of it???? Many a burglar or rapist etc has been caught because they have had their dNA sampled from a previous minor crime such as a Criminal damage when they were younger. The report of a mugger story, if correct, is unfortunate but there must be some reason why he was locked up!!!! Believe it or not I would suggest he possibly fitted the description of the mugger and often offenders report stuff to try and get themselves out of it! Like they say on telly tho, not sure about this individual case.

Every individuals DNA on a database.</p>



The relationship between individual and state is changing. The state serves US (or should). This Govt are swapping round that relationship.</p>

Judaism is more or less racial. Very few people join the Jewish faith. Its mainly passed down through the mother.

 

Call me old fashioned, but I think everyone should be brought up in prisons until they prove that non of their relatives were guilty of invading this country in the olden days. You know like Romans and that - crime is clearly in their blood.

I'm exempt because is was my idea obviously, anyone who wishes to join my party will also be exempt.

I just wish the self styled anti-"facists" would also turn their attention to the "facists" currently recruiting in mosques all over the UK. At least the organisation imposing its views at the moment can be voted out.

That is just it. Having a DNA database says that we are ALL potential criminals. </p>

There was a young chap arrested for theft from a Post Box because they'd found his fingerprints on cards he'd posted ! He'd done nothing wrong yet had every cause to be fearful.</p>
