We should only pay taxes/council tax/NI contributions if we agree 100% with what the money will be used for. I reckon they should apply something similar to the lottery. A row of boxes with broad options along the bottom of the ticket so you can tick where you like your money to go. The National Opera would have to make do with shabby curtains but at least it might help a few kids to get off the street.
