    how the chuffinghell to eat spagbol without splattering it everywhere? A gob the size of mine and I still end up wearing spagbol everywhere!

    Clean out the paper container on your shredder, then slowly feed the spagbol through the shredder. Scrape out the resulting morass onto a plate and eat with a spoon.
     
  3. Try cheating like I do. I can't use chopsticks to eat chinese and I can't eat spaghetti by winding it aroud the fork like you are supposed to. I just use a knife and spoon, cutting the strands into spoonable size and eat the lot like that. Guess what - it tastes just the same :)

    I learnt how to do it when I was doing quite a bit of work in Italy and basically got spaghetti every lunchtime in the ST canteen

    Place fork vertically into spaghetti and slowly rotate until a mouthfull's worth of spaghetti is coiled on fork

    still rotating fork lift clear of plate - move head so mouth is over plate as well - put spaghetti in mouth

    repeat.

    Some people find it helps to use a spoon to assist coiling spaghetti on fork.


    one other way is to use knife to chop spaghetti into lots of small pieces and then just use fork(or a spoon as suggested by Ian ) to scoop it up

    or you could just wear a bib

    I've never had a problem eating it. surprisingly.
    Always eat it exactly as Farnham says and you will find no problem!.
    We must eat the dish at least twice a month!

    I find a knife & fork works....................just cut it into small edible pieces.................quite simple really..............

    Coil it round your fork, using a spoon as a base.</p>

    As you lift it in the vague direction of gob it all unfurls at the last minute and the whiplash effect that happens as you desperately try to get it in splarts your T shirt everywhere.</p>

    No, I don't know how to do it either. I've often considered mixing Plaster of Paris in with it.</p>
