    I’m sure that could be the case and also given the fact you can now gather your family in the car and go for a 60 mile jaunt to see if your eyesights ok and whether your too ill to drive . Should be a spike in road deaths .

    He also added I was very concerned about my family getting no child care if we had Covid but I didn’t give a fek if I collapsed at the wheel killing us all and others

    The thing that really gets me, is the one time he did actually need childcare, he didn't use it and drove to the hospital himself whilst ill. Well, what was the fricking point in going there then? Also, that was during the 10 days his wife said he couldn't get out of bed and given that he needed a 30 mile drive to test his eyesight had recovered, that must have been when he still couldn't see!

    The way Matt Hancock dealt with Peston was a thing of beauty. Bojo talked about Cummings on Sunday and Monday. Cummings himself spoke about it and took questions yesterday. We didn't need boring today by the press wasting a question about it. Health secretary taking the daily briefing, deaths down, infections down, hospital admissions down, Remdesivir sounding promising but no let's ask about Cummings.

    Also more stories of PPE issues, and a report today states 1 in 20 care home residents have died. Updated ONS figures on deaths not pretty. This government would rather talk about opening car showrooms wonder why?

    Can you imagine how the police must be feeling right now? If I gave a child detention for not doing their homework and then the Head said they could go home half an hour early the next day to make up for it, I'd be fuming.

    Can't ask for more than that. I don't mind Hancock compared to some of the others. He's made out to be a bit of a scapegoat at times. He was done in seven seconds, not the first time I am sure.
