    My partner budded on something on eBay and made a mistake dies she have to buy it if she is the highest bidder.
    She has emailed the seller to explain the mistake

    No, if its under 24 hours (i think) then you can definitely retract your bid. Go to help then search retract bid and it will tell you how to do it. Ive made the same mistake a few times haha!

    No problem mate, ive been in the same sticky situation. I suppose even if she had won and she didnt pay, the worst that would happen is an account ban i think. I know a few mates who have sold stuff on ebay and the eventual winners have never paid up.

    Dont buy from ebay Mr Scarfe, had some items in the past that have been fooked when ive received them..
