    I think we know what to expect with Wednesday / Derby situation.

    BREAKING Macclesfield receive a further two point penalty following the late payment of their playing staff Four point penalty also suspended for 2020/21, plus £20k fine & requirement of a full business plan for next season They finish the campaign a ONE point above Stevenage

    Any idea what this suspended actually means? Is it like in law when a jail sentence Is suspended for a period and if they do anything wrong in that period it’s applied?

    I think it means that the further points deduction only kicks in next season IF MT fail to pay players again.

    Wednesdays and derby will get a minimal points deduction and a fine the EFL are spineless

    Most probably, Would hate to think they say for example got a 9-12 point deduction suspended.

    Not sure I’ve followed this one right. will Stevenage be relegated, given. I assume Barrow will replace Bury. To bring the leagues back to a full complement of 92.?

    stevenage relegated. That returns the EFL to 72 clubs

    macclesfield won’t suddenly find some cash though, especially in the current climate so this isn’t finished yet

    I’ve no doubt a few other clubs are close to the edge too

    I Thought the nationwide had drawn a halt to the season altogether . Hadn’t realised there were going to do play offs. The situation is even more scandalous in Stevenages case then. I should have thought before replying. Given I was aware of Stevenages challenges. But I based it on what ifs. not what is actually happening. I Need to try and keep abreast of such things. o_O
