    Following the appalling treatment of fans by CAFC at the weekend, I write to enquire as to what travel costs you are planning to recompense for travelling supporters.

    Given you had the option of an early pitch inspection on the Friday and turned it down, it is your clubs incompetence that has led to my financial detriment. In any other line of business, such behaviour would subject to scrutiny by a regulatory body and compensation expected if not demanded.

    The current behaviour of your club tells me that you have moved far away from a club that I viewed as looking after fans, a friendly place to visit and well organised. Maybe this is related to your recent takeover or maybe you have changed culturally and no longer care about the fans.
