But the ex-world super-middleweight champion was found not guilty of aggravated vehicle taking.
Eubank told Brighton magistrates the lorry blocked his way when he took his children to school.
He was given an absolute discharge. The court had heard claims that Eubank, of Upper Drive, Hove, had threatened to "deck" the lorry driver.
The court heard from Scottish Courage employee Gary Chandler who claimed Eubank ran at him, swore and started a row before entering the cab.
Several drivers were beeping their horns while the 35ft-long truck was being unloaded in February, the court heard.

You can't get a better result than that... They were wrong...if I had paid any penalty at all it would have been sad.
"We all have to police the community. If you don't it's only a matter of time before we are taken advantage of by people who are bullies."
Asked if he would do the same again, he replied: "Absolutely...no matter what the result."

lol The council workers left a wagon blocking my Mum's car in at her house while they went for their lunch. I nicked it and parked it up out of view about 200 yards away round a corner. You should have seen the muppet's face when they returned.
