The BBC has tonight introduced a seemingly new concept into it's weather forecast.</p> Quaintly titled "feels like", it's a blatant replacement of the wind chill factor. "Temperatures will be 4 or 5 centigrade, but step out of your car and just look at these feels like temperatures, minus 3 to minus 5".</p> Christ on abike sideways up an alley! Do we really need this tripe? Are we all such nobheads that we have to imagine 2 degrees celsius feels like minus three, or are the weathermen getting so pissed off with global warming that they have to spice up the forecasts a bit with fantasy temperatures that aren't going to happen?</p>
