    9K in under an hour. Well on course for my 55 minute target I reckon.

    It was actually a crate of Irn Bru ice lollies to cope with the tropical Glaswegian conditions.

    I was soaked on Saturday but luckily it's blue skies tonight so I had a leisurely run tonight :D
