    Football nets up at Royston park and car park full wasn’t aware grass roots football was allowed yet

    As far as I know it isn’t. Needs reporting, or at least enquiries made. I take it it’s council owned

    Could just be training, small groups distanced etc.

    Grassroots can train with groups of 5 players + 1 Coach. 2 meter rule, no contact, no sharing of equipment etc. Most clubs will be starting up with these measures in place.

    Can they share a ball or do they also have to train with a ball each (or no ball at all)

    Theres rules about wiping the ball. My sons team is talking about mid july at the earliest, but hes been doing his own thing with a few friends and washing his hands obviously when he comes back into the house. He can't wait to start training properly

    Players are allowed to kick it - but the goalie isn't allowed to catch it.
