Exactly...I'd rather have someone who perhaps wasn't as talented, but would his socks off and give 110% for the club all the time, than some hyped up prima donna who can't be arsed unless the ball's at his feet, and when the chips are down, won't pull up their socks and have a go, but swan about like the big i am
Think the Ex Man Utd thing is what sets a lot against him just like he had a lot of support when he first arrived because we had got him from Man U. Dont know why you think Blackpool will be more of a reality check than Barnsley or QPR though.
I think his attitude set alot against him (which stemmed from being ex Man U.)
But it's been a while since he showed why he was at Man U.
I think Blackpool will be a greater reality check as currently I see them as a lesser club than both us and QPR. Smaller stadium, smaller fan base (I imagine...though I can't be arsed to check), weaker squad. Blackpool will struggle (as we may well do), but I'd be amazed if they do better than us
With us he had a good rapport with a lot of fans, which helped his cause, as I think anyone else that could've arrived and played like he did last season, would've been shown the door much sooner.

Kayode is still here and maybe not lazy but too lightweight at beginning of last season just hope he puts himself about more this season and starts hitting the target.
