Appear to have hit a bit of a stumbling block with our front 2. We can’t seem to get the combination right. Do we revert back to the original formula with Cole & Norwood up front on Friday?

For me It'd be dropping Cole for Norwood and having Norwood and Tedic up top.

Surprised we didn’t sub front two after 60 minutes like we usually do .

Watters needs time for me, I’d start him with Norwood for the second leg.

Thought Duff has it right with how he uses the strikers. Not an issue for me.

I was but then when they came on, we looked weaker. They didn’t press enough.

Cole may be better deployed as a winger with his hard work, but his striking ability ends with his dad, he himself just ain’t got it! I would start Norwood and Watters!

Think duff used Cole for his pace on the counter as the home side needed to attack and try get a result. Did ok got a assist. Tedic should have scored at least one but their keeper was on form today.

Cole imho was good today and he gives us the pace we need to stretch them...Tedic technically good but young....Norwood and watters...triers.

To be fair there was less than ten minutes left and the back five and midfield three had dropped back a lot by then.

I thought he got it bang on, and would start the same two on Friday.

Two good options off the bench too.

I’d probably go Cole and Norwood at home. Tedic held it up well enough at times, but his first touch let him down a couple of times as well

    Ridiculous comment

I actually just think Duff left Norwood out in case he was wound up and got sent off.

I think Duff assesses the opposition and who's performed best in training and takes it from there with the 4 we use. Don't think we have a first choice 2 per se.

For me Cole and Norwood are worlds ahead of the other two. Tedic has attributes but him and Watters simply don't press anywhere near enough and we are at our best like we were against Wednesday when both strikers aren't giving the defence a second in the ball.

Watters may as well sit in the stand to be honest. Absolutely no effort from him when he plays regardless of any natural ability he apparently has.
