I caught a cold 2 weeks ago, it developed into a chest infection and 3 days ago I was put on a course of antibiotics (Amoxicillin). Today I have welts and hives the size of 50p pieces and the doc tells me I am allergic to penicillin. 41 yrs old next week and I am now allergic to penicillin?? wtf???? I thought you were born with these things. You learn something every day.

    I am falling apart. FACT.

Apparently allergies can develop at any time in life.
Ar lass used to love fish but then developed an allergic reaction to it when she was pregnant and now can't eat it.

there's only one known cure for cooking and housework

and that's to do both 3x daily.
