    This reminds me of when i was diagnosed with alcohol gastritis at uni. Drinking like a fish, smoking heavily and with a diet of kebabs and maccie d's. Had to stop drinking for a month, which at uni in first year is a shock to the system. Throwing up bile in the morning with nothing else in the stomach, halcyon days.

    I made it last a fortnight I 1971. Good old Dr. Maxwell - Kelvin Grove Wombwell. This was in the day when the Dr. had to sign you off to get any sick pay.

    BRAT diet, rock salt on ya white rice, plenty of watter darn thi and Loperamides.

    You'll know when it's passed cos youll be craving sugary stuff like lemon cake and sweet tea.

    Doesn't sound great mate with medication I was 48 hours thank f#$k it's not nice pissing thru your arse every 30 minutes.

    I had a really servere case as a youn un, lasted about 2 months. Had all sorts of hospital tests and examinations. Sorted itself out eventually though. Dont envy the pain.
