Saw it on Twitter earlier, but I haven't seen it mentioned on here, yet. We're interested in Gavin Massey, from Colchester. Alan Nixon has 'confirmed' we're trying to do a deal for him, and George Moncur.
Moncur is the one who's had the better season. At Oakwell the other week, Massey was their stand out player in my opinion. I'd be happy with this. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Certainly very pacy is Massey but seems a bit inconsistent from the games I've seen. Would only be back up to Adam hopefully! Moncur looks good going forward but you do have to worry about his defensive qualities given Colchester's record. He'd obviously be a good addition to Bruce Dyer's flock too judging by his twitter account (if real).
Same chap also posted on twitter that Massey is likely to go elsewhere. This time of year its like putting names in a hat, then dropping said hat onto a large piece of paper with all the FL teams names on it and suggesting that wherever the players land that's the next rumour. Pointless speculating. We get who we get. In Hecky and the committee we trust!

Massey is no where near Championship level. Certainly a huge step down from Isgrove and Hammill. Gilbey and Moncur are the only players from Colchester worth a look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

i'd be a tad worried if we were after players on the basis of one good game against us. i've got to trust hecky though, he's not done too bad so far..
