    Mainly because....

    ...there's CCTV evidence he was involved in a fight. The assault charges dropped, but affray charges remain; i.e. he was brawling.

    I suspect he'd beat the vast majority of BBSers in a fist fight.

    I'm not particularly hard or soft but I bet he'd batter me in a fight; as Jay once succinctly put it (I'm paraphrasing); so on the one hand there's a bloke who's a professional athlete and on the other there's a bloke who marks the odd essay. it's not rocket science.
