What a palaver! Couldn't get through on the Internet as I was not a member. A member of what the Ticketmaster club? Then tried to register, and after filling in all my details a response came up saying I couldn't register at the present time. Telephoned their number, a 30 minute wait at 7p a minute listening to some godawful noise, then some non native speaker comes on, takes an age to take my details, then says he has to go and check something! Fifteen minutes later (he must have been off for a toilet break) he returns and takes my card details, so in addition to their charges I have a further £5 plus fit the privilege of purchasing a ticket through this system. I am not amused.
