No, it's not Barnsley's new Centre Forward. I ordered a case of this last week, it's just arrived - absolutely beautiful. If you like Erdinger, then you will love this. A wheat beer from Munich, of which I tried at last years Oktoberfest - absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to dig in. PS - It's even better if you have a proper Wheat Beer glass. Get all the sediment out at the end with the swirl and let the 'bloom' blossom 9/10 - definitely try it if you are a fan of wheat beer.
If you like that then try there Oktoberfest Absolutely fantastic, and also there Munich Gold is as good as most German lagers, far better than Paulaner. I had the Hacker-Pschorr Wheat beer on draught a few months ago, looks awesome with the glassware like you say. Do you leave the last quarter in the bottle, then whisk it up in your hands before pouring it in the top?
You would know anyway wouldn't you? what with you been a journalist....Whoosssshhh....Sorry.... Hey'' i don't know, Bells finest for me.... Hacker-Pschorr! sounds like that new German we're gonna sign.... (Y) ....
Where did you get that from? Ar lass had some in Philadelphia and really liked it but not usually a beer drinker, would like to get hold of some here
You can get any continental beer you want from here: www.beersofeurope.com Delivery usually within 5 days too. I have to use this website to buy some of the Trappist beers, but it's too expensive to be buying stock from here all the time. If you want a good weisse beer, try Watou Wit or Blanches de Namur.
