I'm looking for a "Romantic" weekend break Friday-Sunday between Sept and October. Only looking to drive for 3 hours frum Tarn. Budget is £200 for accomodation and a decent meal on the Saturday. Already done York and would like a bit of culture and real ale. Someone suggested Chester.
been to Chester and found that very nice for christmas shopping, had a good weekend in Bath if that's not too far??
If your Budget can stretch abit further mate - Try Brompton Lakes at Richmond. Stunning. Love the place. And loads of places to eat in Richmond. It is a little bit more pricey than 200 quid but honestly its worth it!!
