i have a few music dvd's wich i would like to convert into mp3 tracks which i can then put on to cd music dvd's as in like a live concert i need to get the sound without the visual any tips on how to do this cheers in advance
You can download I Tunes from Apple Mac which is free. PC or Mac Version. Open the CD in I Tunes and convert to MP3. Apple.com I think.

I advise this... http://xilisoft.com/dvd-ripper-platinum.html It basically allows you to rips the audio (and video) from the dvd instead of having to manually record it through the sound card output. Cuts out alot of fuss. Its not free but i think you can get around it these days!
DVDAudioExtractor will do the job http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ There is a 30 day trial on the web site. It's less thna $30 USD to purchase, so hardly going to break the bank. HTH, Stephen
