    The golden cleet award.
    Will be awarded every week to the most improved player in my girls u10 team
    It will include performances in training and during match play.

    Out of the 11 we have 6 are now reds fans, ones a PSV Eindhoven fan as there from Holland,2 Barcelona, and the other 2 DC United/Washington Spirit (womens professional team here)

    Cheers hopefully with something to compete for it will make practices more competitive instead of them just messing around and not listening

    Which is probably more to do with their age, rather than the coaching.

    The word "cleet" is up there with the most annoying American-English words...their pronunciation of "soldering iron" has got to be the worst though ("soddering iron").
