They just look like a team of lumpers.

Thought Souza had a good game today. Both he & Moore handled Rob Hulse well and was quite impressed with Devaney & El Haimour tracking back & defending. Pity they were our wingers like....

Odejayi turned it, bit of muscle. Hurried their defenders. Won all his headers. Hassell came on and helped out defensively which Leon or Howard weren't doing.

However, too many times first half that we got into decent positions and f.cked up. **** cross, played wrong ball etc. Loads of individual mistakes throughout. BUT it seemed when the crowd started getting behind them that stopped and the game opened up.

Derby are hopeless. They proved that today by being beat by a crap side unfortunatley.

They made our less than average performance look good.

That's the best they've played this season, according to Jewell

"That's about as well as we've played this season. I'm very disappointed that we've lost the game but I'm pleased with the performance."

I was a bit surprised to say the least. Thought they would at least have a play maker in the midfield - but it looked like they went with the heavy mob in all departments.

Luke Steele was voted MOTM

They must have been doing something right (even if it was only creating chances). :D

RE: "They just look like a team of lumpers"

i think they might have gone with the big lads because of the size of our midfield... thought if they put the big lads on they would be able to hussle and bussle there way through...... derby are ***** though... is lewin injured ??? with him not playing today like????

how bad were derby? they outplayed us for 70 minutes

the result doesn't paper over the cracks for me.
moore too slow
foster to ch and van hoemet to rb
leon get rid not good enough, even play hassell there.
hume's touch is awful, for a striker, took his goal well and good corner for fozzy. play left mid
get a decent striker
get a centre half for cover

Leon get rid?!

Wtf have you been on mate? On his day he's a class above, sure the Birmingham fans would agree to that one

Towards the end of last season when Howard was out, Leon absolutely ran the midfield.

Mate, Leon looks poor

very nearly cost a few times today, he has got absolutely NO pace to recover when he drops a bollock either.
He gets knocked off the ball too easy and does not help out in any defensive duties.
