    ... kids with free Season Tickets are going to be put off Barnsley FC or football in general watching that level of performance regularly. A change is needed Patrick if you want these kids to become regular supporters. Relegation certainly wont hook them into wanting to come back time and again. If you were going to spend big on Phillips wages use it on a more experienced manager and not the cheapest alternative.
