only sold 300 tickets for Scunny? Disgusting! No matter how ***** we have been and no matter how ***** we've been doing away. ****ing sort it out!!!!!!
No I refuse to pay good money and take time off from work to go. Get a manager in, get the football back to better than Sunday league standard and I'll think about it. Otherwise I'll just be attending the games I have paid for as part of my season ticket
Could it just perhaps be something to do with the fact that we've been playing crap and are not worth watching at the moment? Just a thought, mind!
No surprise given our diabolical away form. 7 defeats on the bounce hardly inspires people to put themselves out with time off work etc. After Donny I want to see a big improvement before I travel away again. Here's hoping that starts tomorrow.....
Seriously, where is the excitement? I'm afraid a lot of supporters, including myself have lost that excitement, and we are waiting for someone or something to rekindle it again...
Not going to away games until tangible signs exist that it is worth the effort. Pretty much already decided that i have chalked off the rest of this seasons away games with the possible exception of Bradford. frankly, i am amazed that you are questioning the numbers. I think that number plus pay on the gate is more than respectable in the circumstances
There are many off the wall posts on this forum but to be honest, this must take pretty high rank. What is 'disgusting' about it? And who are you asking to sort it out?
I was thinking about going cos I got night off work but i'm in the very much doubt it camp unless we get a new manager
Tuesday night, long away trip Saturday, and some of the worst football we've ever played being served up. I'm sure it'll end up being nearer 800 though, should be possible to buy a ticket at the ground.
I'm told S****horpe is very pleasant at this time of year. It's possible to have a nice alfresco dinner in the plaza with a refreshing glass of Chianti before strolling on to the game. Ah, those balmy February evenings!
Agree. I can fully understand why lots of folk aren't prepared to go, but that's still a shockingly bad effort for a 50 odd mile trip. I'd expect Scunny to maybe bring that few if they were playing terribly, but not us to them. Still, I'll be there. ******** to those that aren't.
I read it as him complaining that we the people of barnsley aren't doing our legal duty to give money to S****horpe united and to volunteer 2 hours a week to Barnsley fc. Sorry like but I pay my taxes and rates and how I choose to spend the rest of my money is up to me not some Pollock who thinks it is disgusting that I'm not choosing to use it to pay the wages of footballers
They'll be 600 there I reckon 4 of us paying on the gate and as long as the weather ain't poor plenty more will
I'm going tomorrow but don't blame anyone who saves their money instead . Unable to get Gillingham so that's only reason I am going . Took my tickets back once after the Crawley game and like an idiot I've decided to go again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
