    Isn't he available to play for Scotland? Maybe he should be in with a shout with his performances again this season.

    Hasn't he already played for England under 16's (or something like that) therefore making him ineligable to play for any other country?

    I don't have a clue about the rules I'm just guessing.

    don't think it matters with the younguns. dint giggs play under 16 then turn out for wales???
