OK....I know there'll be countless other posts about Morgan but I was ranting all the way in the car home. How come, a player going up for a header can catch someone with his elbow and gets a red card and a 3 match ban, when he could have been levering himself for the jump. I'm ok with that being a red card as it is dangerous play. But then as blatent an elbow in the head that you'll ever see, with the offending player's feet firmly on the ground, and only 1 arm raised and the FA say it wasn't deliberate and they don't do anything. I'm absolutely fuming over this, the club have got to bring a civil case against Morgan now. I wouldn't condune a retaliation in the return fixture but it wouldn't surprise me at all if someone went in hard on Morgan. (
I wouldn't be at all surprised .............. if he had a diplomatic injury-or a previous engagement-it is Valentine's Day after all
so there they are both teams lined up at bramall lane.... captain morgan shakes the referees hands, liners, gets to Foster who stands there with his hands behind his back refuses to shake his hand and says .............. mmmmm I wonder what. suppose no one will shake his hand - does the ref book them all for ungentlemanly conduct or whatever it is?
