the first 2 weeks of the new year will show just how far the club has moved forward ( if at all ?) with the intentions of the owners, and to see if it matches big vals plans, we've got a local derby away on tuesday and away again at narch on saturday against a very good team, add to this the transfer window opening and we'll get an idea if the owners have learned ( learnt ?) anything and already got the targets lined up or already got the pre signed and agreed, or its last minute panic buying whats left on the shelves. so we find out if its ABC, CBA, Alls Been Changed, Change Back Again, or we are moving forward and having a go ????????

I think it will depend on the financial state of our club due the effects of Covid and no fans attending for the last 9 months. Also the financial state of other clubs a well. I don't think they'll be a lot of big transfers again in January with all the uncertainties around

I don’t think in the current climate means that it is appropriate for the club to overstretch our resources.
Of course I would like us to have a couple of headline signings but equally it would fully understand a more practical approach of circumspection and “making do”.
I am certainly not unhappy with our current journey and measuring the Championship climate at the season’s end.

i reckon with our owners being business men they will realise that now is the time to swoop in on some lower league bargains from cash strapped clubs, even if its for development for a push next season

Totally agree, take a look at which clubs were bairning the most about accepting the premier leagues ‘strings attached ‘ bailout offer first time around, and then put in a cheeky offer for any of their best players, if we are in a good financial position to do so.
