Its the only way we'll stay up. Were not going to do playing his way. Its too negative. We were battered yesterday and it was never a performance which we deserved to get anything from like Davey says. Whats the general thought on this. Whatever happens on Tuesday the fans need to get behind the team. Can't have an atmosphere like against Colchester.
I want Davey out, too!!! and have done for a couple of months. Even his first game was a scrambled, scrappy, late win. He might be a certified coach but I'm sure the team bus could motivate a side better.
Yes I did go. Got an early goal then were basically battered the rest of the game. We went up their half once on note in the second half and scored. Shows what can happen when we attack. Bad decisions went against us at important times but that’s football. We never get the decisions and its getting to a stage of the season where we need to make our own luck.
Careful mate. Look what happened last time.
Gordon's next "top choice" is probably Kipper Jackson.

Look at Coventry, they sack their manager and interview a number of managers. They then in the words of their chairman they appointed the strongest candidate. Note not an untried rookie academy coach. http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx...clid=9&lid=4161&title=Sky+Blues+appoint+Dowie
I think im with you on this point. I'd give anything to get Danny Wilson back at this moment in time. Never before have I considered Neil Redfearn to be the manager to be honest, but I'd have him like a shot at present - experience or not, the fans would be behind him. Redders and Winny would be a huge improvement im sure of it.
RE: I think im with you on this point. Yep, any of those that you have mentioned would be an improvement. But Shep will hang on to Davey untill the end of the season then appoint the new acadamy coach. If we loose tomorrow, i think we are gonners, and that could be the case as the players will be as vervy as hell. He's got to bite his lip and drop some of his new transfers, put the old brigade in and go for broke. (titanic)
RE: I think im with you on this point. I don't think the manager's job will be under threat unless/until a cheaper candidate becomes available.
I fear you are both right. Shep was quick to fire Ritchie when things were going pear-shaped, but now HIS man is in charge things are a bit different. SD WILL be here for the remainder of the season unfortunately. The worst thing imo is that Davey really could be a top coach - but like many top coaches before him (Brian Kidd and Kevin Blackwell to name but two) have tried management and failed. Its obvious that SD doesn't have the support of the players or fans - and when that is the case, im afraid your days are numbered.
