    We went 24 undefeated during Norman’s first season.:)
    Finally losing to Hudds away. I went on the special, was gutted after..:(

    Sat with Huddersfield fans that day... long time ago... Feb 1981!!! 40 years ago!!!! Yes ATYKE1...... we were utter rubbish that day!!! Terrible performance after seeing so much fab football in that long unbeaten run. Bit of a scrambled goal from them if my memory serves me ok

    Didn't we go on a long unbeaten run (around 12)the season we were relegated under Parkin? While obviously not losing is always a positive it's the wins that matter as evidenced by our rise up the table.

    It was 20 league games, we'd lost in the League Cup 4th round at West Ham in the October early in the run. We lost to Huddersfield and in doing so failed to equal the club record. We also lost the following week at Middlesboro in the FA cup 5th round.
