from the north, havin watched your 12 men rob the points from us. we had to take our many chances early on, but did not so you took full advantage. sad to see a low attendence for such a game, our away support is very average, but still only 10,000?? ho hum well played west brom a draw still keeps that gap for us.. watford review of the game here....http://watfordbackofthenet.com/
Funny we thought the ref was on your side! Hence the ironic cheers when he gave us a free kick before the first goal!

You were outplayed in the 2nd half We should have been at least a couple of goals in front. Nothing wrong with our winner, Lee is a bit of a flapper. Good game though, end to end stuff.
You looked a good side but we gradually turned the game round until you were less and less effective. Reckon you are used to bossing games and didn't like it when we attacked you and exposed defensive weakness.
we should have been home and dry in the 2nd half, to say you bossed the 1st half, how many clear cut chances did you have to show for it?
It's horrible football to watch as well Would hate all that big ball stuff - even if they are top of the league! They'd be hammered again in the Premier League!
Robert Peel.......... you seem to forget the sitter Stan missed and the sliced shot that went wide by Disco. You shouldn't be forgetting chances that happened at your end of the ground. First sign of dementia maybe (chinny) (chinny) (chinny)
An Even More Serious Question What happened to that fan in your end yesterday, that needed treatment before half time?
Oi, Peeler! You might have founded the police force but you're a bit off the mark with some of those comments. Your physical side often over-did it on the muscle (especially once Watford started losing their edge) yet it largely went un-noticed by the ref. And true, you bossed the first half but the chances you mention were more hopeful blasts than clear cut chances. Not many were on target and from that distance I would have backed our giant German every time. In the second half, whether it was the wind, whether your boys had run out of steam or whether our lads stepped up their game, it was Barnsley who deserved the win with Stan and Disco both missing golden chances to put the game to bed. I don't think you can have too many complaints overall.
