    Well I bought a new shirt and some Armani last week.

    And I've started looking at adverts for wrinkle cream.

    Also thinking about changing my car to a cabriolet, trying "Just for Men", and learning to hold my breath for an entire evening in the company of younger women.

    Soon I'll be joining a gym and going on a pure banana diet.

    Well I've just got back from a tour round Ballantynes Gym at Dodworth.

    Anybody go in there?

    While looking round I saw plenty of potential mid life crisis material :D
