Put out a negatively set-up side for the second week in succession. Turn in a woeful first half performance. Marginally improve in the second half against a team that had clearly decided to hang to what they had from about the 50th minute and looked increasingly desperate and understandably low on confidence as the half wore on. But still only manage a point at home. Then slag off the club and its fans.
I think that makes u a pessimist. To be fair to Keith Hill, I honestly think he's worked wonders with what he's got, and as long as he keeps churning out results, I don't care too much.... but we are back at cringe level with his interviews. The most pessimistic thing about today was his starting line up. But that's the club's fault, and the fans.
To be really fair to him it's becoming more and more apparent how good Butterfield is and what a difference he makes. Losing Vaz Te obviously didn't help either. I just can't think of another business where publically slagging off customers would be acceptable.
