Between posters on here and those on some of our rivals' boards . I think it's fair to say that everyone here , on this BBS , are confident of avoiding relegation , without falling into the trap of over confidence . There is a definite air of caution , whilst being happy with our present position . However , on Hull City's ( after their 4-0 win over Southend on 31st March ) and Leeds United's ( after their 2-1 win over Plymouth on 7th April ) boards , both were confident that they'd already done enough to stay up . Now , it's a different story . The doubts and worries are back . For example , Leicester City's boards are full of posters convinced that they'll not pick up another point and are already doomed . A final point . No one , it appears , on those other boards think that the bottom three at the end of the season will include Barnsley . Here's hoping they're right and we have the honour of playing Scnuthorpe United in the league next season .
Who'd have thought we'd be wanting to play Sc.unthorpe next season?! Just been speaking to a Leeds fan at work and he thinks they are doomed, he can't see them picking up more than 3 points (hope he's right)
If we lose next week and leeds and hull get something be all doom and gloom again, including me, thats just the way it is. Leeds do have it tough and im hoping that will help see us through
