Ipod help

    I unplugged my ipod earlier and it wouldnt come off the same screen that said do not disconnect altho it said ok to disconnect on itunes.

    anyway..on itunes it said that it was corrupt so i tried restoring and nowt happened just said that it couldn't find it or something.

    any help would be much appreciated.

    has it frozen on that screen? mine froze on one screen and all i did was leave it to run down and then after a few hours i came back to look at it and i charged it back up and it was fine again

    Providing it's not an iPod shuffle, just reset it by the instructions below (iPod shuffle instructions on link below). This won't delete anything on it. If this doesn't work then as recently happened to mine you will have to wipe it, not a problem if you have all your tunes in the library, but if like me you didn't then it meant a lot of CD burning....
