When I try accessing itunes I keep getting a message saying 'itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close'. Has anyone any ideas what the problem could be please?
I had that mate. Seemed to happen after the update, so I uninstalled it and then downloaded the newer version from scratch. Works fine now.
