Or is anyone else actually pleased with a point? Dunt give a tuppenny **** how they did it, it's a start. Clean sheet and a point away from home ANYWHERE is a decent result. Hopefully the lads will come away with a bit more confidence for the next one. From little acorns...

    im pleased too mate

2 winnable home games from the next 3 now and try and sneak a point at Ipswich.

Onwards and upwards and all that, but if we take any less than 4 points from the next 9 he has to go.

a clean sheet away from home is a good result at birmingham/reading etc.

expected a little bit more against a side down the bottom with us .......... like a shot on target maybe!!!!

By all accounts Muller got us the point, we once again failed to score and bored the pants off of anyone watching. Same **** apart from we scraped a point, cant wait for next week wonder if we will have a shot on target then!!

    Nope

Clean sheet and a point will do me at any away ground. We've got to win our next home game though.

Not just a side down at the bottom but the side that would be bottom of the league

if we werent in it and we didn't manage to get a shot on target once.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.
    Very.

Any point away from home is a good one, and I don't care if they had a million shots and we had none.

Well obviously it's better then a loss, but you have to win some away games in a season. Southampton is one of those games we should look to for an away win.

I don't think it highlights any improvement.

Take each game on its own merit

And from what I've heard Southampton were a team there to be beaten, while we struggled going forward due to the formation we played.

It's also about beating the teams that you think will be around you come the end of the season. Saying that though,I'm happy we didn't lose, and we didn't concede.

If you take improvement on a game by game level we should win the FA cup, and not lose a single game this season... A decent

If you take improvement on a game by game level we should win the FA cup, and not lose a single game this season... A decent point and one which can be used as a foundation. Its disgusting that some people would rather see their team lose so a manager gets sacked than that manager get the team picking up points.
