that Howard isn't very good at taking corners anyway. How many times last season did he fail to beat the first man? Wouldn't it be better if he let someone else take them and lurk on the edge of the penalty area, ready to take advantage of any half clearances? Dunno... presumably they have tried other players in training. It really doesn't seem to be his strong point though.
I was thinking the same thing last night, whilst watching the Chelsea & Liverpool games again, surely it would be better to have him in or around the box on those occasions
