i agree with eaststand lower ,,shes a parasite media whore,,its a shame she got cancer but she even made a fortune out of that ,, Q..whats difference with cancer and a goat A=jade goody never milked a goat
Who's at fault if she was able to make money out of being the "Big Brother dimwit"? Jade Goody? No. Society, for buying into it. If she made a load of money out of that then fair play to her - she obviously wasn't that dim after all. And as for selling her dying days to the press, well in her position, I'd do the same. Anything for the kids.
Did you watch the celebrity big brother series after which she was labelled a racist? Or are you just going on what the press said about her? I watched it. Only BB series I've ever watched. And while I'd definitely say Jade had some problems with her temper and with being a bit bitchy I certainly wouldn't have called her racist. She didn't strike me as being bigoted at all. Any criticism she takes for being on BB is her own fault like for going on the stupid show in the first place, but some people seem to like being famous and she was definitely one of them. Not my cup of tea, but each to their own. As for calling her foul-mouthed, I wonder if you'd say the same if she was a bloke. She doesn't appear to swear as much as I do. The general public create celebrities. They watch the shows, buy the newspapers and magazines and keep the whole thing going, but then slag anyone off for making money out of it for being less than perfect. I think that anyone dying in their twenties is terribly sad. Jade may not have been the type of person I would form a friendship with, but I certainly wouldn't want to start slagging her off.
RE: I mourn she was not racist at all. did you watch big brother? she couldn't think of Shilpa's surname so said "Shilpa whatever her name is, Shilpa Poppadom". I wouldn't class that as racist, just a bit ignorant. pity the press chose that remark to make a field day of and not Jermaine Jacksons description of Jade and her family - white trash. Now if Jade had said black trash, my god i couldn't begin to imagine the uproar.
RE: Did you watch the celebrity big brother series after which she was labelled a racist? I did, unfortunately. It's a terrible shame that such a young woman has died prematurely and a genuine tragedy for her kids. But in my opinion, and that's all it is, she was a thoroughly unpleasant, potty-mouthed chav with very obvious problems concerning race. That, in itself, doesn't make it any less of a tragedy to her friends and family, but while I've been typing this, there's probably another young woman somewhere who has had an equally tragic passing, but without all the wailing & acres of newsprint and airtime.
RE: "she was not racist at all" Thanks for the applause, gratefully received. Most importantly the person who the so-called racist remark was made to didn't take it as one either. By the way have you been to Crofton recently? I went today, i couldn't believe all the new houses that have popped up everywhere
RE: "she was not racist at all" Sorry kanecat - it's all just opinions, innit?

Crofton - it depresses me so much whenever I go back. All the fields backing onto Ashdene Avenue have been built on. New homes where Browns school was. ****, they've probably drained Coppers Lake for another hundred shoebox houses by now!! Basically, everywhere we used to laik out as kids has gone.

RE: "she was not racist at all" You have nothing to apologise for, it was your opinion. even though i don't agree with it i have to respect it. Life would be very boring if we all thought the same. The thing i noticed the most was the High Street, every little gap that used to be there now has the shoe box town houses on them. 3 storey houses at the side of the chemists. Coppers Lake!! Now that was an adventure. I wasn't allowed down there as it was too far away as i lived on Smithy Close, but did sneak it the odd couple of times! We used to play alot in the old Magnall at Crofton High
Coppers Lake Spent most of my childhood round there. Camping out so we could start fishing early and get out before the bloke came round checking permits. Had a few roach. There were mythical stories about a giant pike that inhabited the lake - proper **** us up as kids, especially in the summer when we used to swim in there. Blissful days.
RE: Coppers Lake My Mum worked in Crofton Post Office so i used to take all the old bread from the shop down to feed the ducks and swans. The story when i was a kid was that an old evil tramp lived on that bit in the middle - terrified me!!
total sympathy for the family and feel for anybody when they lose their life at that age but the BBC headline is PM leads tributes to.... why? apart from jumping on the bandwagon should a Prime Minister get involved with something like this? when thousands of equally or more deserving cases go ignored.Does that put him in the same category as Clifford
People are too quick to play the racist card.. j It makes me sick having a go at the poor girl, only thing she has ever been guilty of is having a lack of intelligence.... You should look at the aisians who ARE racist they have a larger percentage of racists amongst them than we have.....I cant think of any Yorkshire person if called a Pudding would claim racism...so why should an indian claim being called Popadom...crazy people
