I am afraid he will be gone in January along with Kane, Williams and Cole. I hope that as far a Jalo is concerned we get a good fee with lots of add-ons. Sad but true Barnsley FC has been selling players for well over 100 years.
Same for every club in the world besides the elite mate. Only difference is they got good fees, value for their players, over the past years I don't think we've done that - until very recently with Mads & Kitch especially, not accepting the first offer for Styles etc, holding out for what we think is his real value. Hopefully that will continue especially with the introduction of a director of football, it'll be good for us to have one for the football side and the CEO for the business side. As long as we get someone who has been in & experienced the game as DOF (as Bobby is atm) I think it'll be a big plus
I'd give him a run of games now and hopefully he signs a extension. I don't know his contract situation buy the only thing we can do is say we will play you regularly at this level and give you the chance to prove yourself.
