    Barton is rubbish. Couldn't even play well in Scotland. Nonsense. He didn't have a problem playing in Scotland and WAS WANTED BY A PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM 6 MONTH AGO

    Plus he's a cheating horrible little runt. WHICH FOOTBALLER DOESN'T? They will all take whatever to gain an advantage. The Footballer you mention again stamped on a players foot last season. He's took a player out this and then stood over him.


    Well clear. Plus Hourihane is a far better player, and will only get better. Really, That a fact. Did? He was poor on Saturday for sure. We don't know what will happen to him. Will he contiune to develop? will he ever get in the ROI squad?

    Conor Hourihane is far better and a much better team player than Joey Barton.

    Hourihanes the best midfielder in the leagues the biggest nonsense i've ever read.

    Better than Shelvey, Anita, Hayden, Cairney to quickly name a few. The list could do on. Haven't listed any Irish midfielders that he's behind.

    Again he's a decent player, but the need for some to go over the top about him amazes me.

    Quick to jump onto the fans too. Anyone at Crewe will still surely remember that after the game. As someone that travels to see him play it isn't good when you hear about one of the senior players taking pop shots an hur after the match at the amazing traveling fans.

    Connor is getting better and better all the time I've been critical of him in the past but he has the potential to be one of if not the best midfielder in this league and if he signs a new deal with us I think he will eventually leave for big money.
    At crewe he was pissed off that we were on a good winning run and we were 1 down at half time and the travelling fans booed the players off. He has every right to do that, and joey bartons never had a spat with any fans before!! He stubbed a cigar out on a team mates face and beat a bloke up in Manchester city center on a night out and got jailed for it he is a horrible person.

    Agree on Shelvey & Cairney but the others are strange examples to use. Hayden's barely played any first team football & looked pretty average, wasn't particularly great at Oakwell so not sure why you've decided he's one of the best few central midfielders in the league.

    Anita's been a complete flop in central midfield for Newcastle, that's why he's been moved to right back.

    Weird how you moan about others going over the top about our own players when you do exactly the same with other teams players.

    Basically anything that you said. Standing on someone's toe for example isn't a stamp. The attack on Sam Winnall by the Burton chappy that's a stamp. I could go on but there's a pint with my name on it.

    He does exactly the same with some of our players too. He's been ****ing over James Bree for years whilst pointing out regularly that he is a west Yorkshire lad. He did the same with Butterfield and made a big issue out of him being a west Yorkshire lad. What is the connection? Hemsteiger is a west Yorkshire lad.
